The buy-and-hold investment strategy is a passive income strategy. Focuses on selecting properties in stable or growing markets. The strategy seeks to provide investors with the benefits from the passive income generated by renting while waiting for the property’s value to increase.

Buy-and-Hold Strategy​

The leaseback option investment strategy is employed to evaluate a property due to inaccurate business books. This approach is often used in situations where the seller needs to sell the property but desires the flexibility to continue occupying it for a transitional period. This arrangement is typically negotiated as part of the overall real estate transaction. The investor strategy allows us to purchase the property at its as-is value and/or secure debt.

Leaseback Option Strategy​

 The entity buyout investment strategy is frequently employed when a property is owned by a business entity, such as an LLC or a partnership, and/or one of the stakeholders desires to sell their interest to another party. This strategy also enables us to defer the increase in property taxes in the case of a cash purchase.
