Marketing Director

Job Overview: Our marketing director will lead the development and execution of our company’s marketing strategy, aligning with both short-term and long-term goals. Conduct market research, recruit, train, and manage a high-performing marketing team to foster a culture of innovation and excellence. Set and monitor clear performance objectives, oversee marketing campaigns across diverse channels, and manage budgets for impactful results. Ensure consistent brand messaging, uphold integrity, and oversee digital marketing efforts. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy, including short-term and long-term goals
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing marketing team
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
Set clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback
• Implement strategy, set timelines, and produce results
• Create and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events
• Manage budgets and allocate resources for marketing initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and image across all marketing materials and platforms
• Protect and maintain the brand guidelines and enhance the company brand’s reputation
 Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
 Uphold the highest standards of integrity in all marketing practices
 Manage tasks and collaborate with other marketing team members
 Manage property availabilities and listings, such as new listings flyers, across multiple commercial real estate websites.
 Assist with any other marketing assignments (tour books, pitch books, placemats, etc.)

Qualifications:

Exhibits creative thinking, adapts easily to changes, and fosters innovation in marketing strategies
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
3+ years’ experience in a managerial role, particularly in commercial real estate
Experience with content creation and graphic design
Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, Constant Contract, and WordPress

 WordPress

Compensation: Salary range will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Independent contractor status (1099)
