Leasing and Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
• Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients
• Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner
•  Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations
•  Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential
•  Follow up on leads and respond to clients in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have TX Real Estate License
• 
 Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry

Preferred Experience:

• Real Estate License (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. 
• 
Relevant industry certifications are a plus.

Compensation: Commsion based position percentage will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Independent contractor status (1099)
