Financial Advisor

Job Overview: The Commercial Real Estate Financial Advisor assumes a pivotal role in overseeing financial aspects related to commercial properties within our portfolio. This position demands a candidate well-versed in commercial real estate accounting and proficient in industry-specific software. The responsibilities encompass the meticulous management of financial transactions and reporting, necessitating regular collaboration with property managers, vendors, and various stakeholders to uphold financial accuracy and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procures new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking andd relationship building.
• Utilize company-provided, boutique research reports to advise clients on how market trends affect their individualized real estate investment strategy
• Manage out-of-market buyers that our Cross Market Capital Team brings to your listings to generate the most competitive environment possible
• Manage internally generated client leads and referrals from team members
• Collect client deliverables and work alongside our supportive Operations team to produce Broker Opinions of Value (BOV), Offering Memoranda (OM), and property comp reports
• Coordinate with our Marketing Team to advertise listings via tailored email campaigns and company listings. 
• Manage a seamless flow of information between clients and the Transaction Management team
• Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to deliver strategic plays that align with their goals
• Continually update the shared company Salesforce database, but not limited.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of commercial real estate and/or sales experience
• Real Estate License Required
• 
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or Finance is preferred
• 
Action-oriented, collaborative, and a self-starter – you’re determined to make an impact
• 
Analytical skills that rival the pros, plus a positive attitude and a hunger for success
• 
Team player mentality with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• 
Microsoft Office is your home turf – Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with MRI software.
• Prior experience in handling a portfolio of commercial properties.
• 
Strong networking skills with other professionals in the field such as brokers, CPAs, lawyers, etc.

Compensation: Salary range will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Independent contractor status (1099)
