Acquisition Manager

Job Overview: Our Acquisition Manager holds a pivotal role within our team, specializing in the acquisition and disposition off commercial assets nationwide. In this dynamic position, the chosen candidate will play an integral role in various assignments, spanning from individual asset acquisitions to the procurement of small portfolios. Responsibilities extend beyond financial aspects and encompassing all stages of the acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be contacting a high volume of cold and warm leads on a daily basis, nurturing those leads, and eventually closing them over the phone or on in-person appointments to get signed contracts
• Inputting all information from follow-up calls into our existing CRM
• Managing, nurturing, and converting those leads
• Getting signed contracts, either over the phone or by running in-home sales appointments
• Analyzing properties and checking comps to formulate an offer price
• Structuring offers that fit into our business model
• Managing External Partners
• Providing feedback on how to improve and optimize our sales process
 

Qualifications:

Must possess the ability to multitask and work under pressure
• 2-3 full years of significant transactional experience with a real estate focus on a leading commercial firm
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Excited to work in a multi-disciplinary environment – able to work effectively with lawyers and non-lawyers alike, External Commercial Partners and Sellers. 

 
Preferred Experience:
• Over 1 year of experience as a Commercial real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
 Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred
 1 year of experience in a commission-only sales position required

Compensation: Commission position which will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Independent contractor status (1099)
